As a Perioperative Clinical Nurse Manager for the Endoscopy Department, you will serve as a transformational leader who defines where amazing works. In this full-time mid-shift role (Monday to Friday, 12 PM–8 PM), you will oversee daily clinical operations for a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to adults. Your mission is to engage staff, drive improvements, and ensure a positive experience for everyone we serve.
You will act as a change agent, advancing initiatives focused on enhancing quality and performance throughout the unit. Through shared governance, you will mentor, supervise, and evaluate your team to help them reach their full potential and inspire continued professional growth. This position requires developing and managing budgets, allocating resources, and scheduling, while regularly assessing unit operations to identify process improvements that enhance the patient experience.
