Arcfield's Cyber programs are expanding, and we are seeking a Penetration Tester (Level 4 / SME) to review and evaluate National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Information Systems. In this role, you will recommend strategic changes to the Government to enhance information confidentiality, integrity, and availability. You will serve as a subject matter expert, executing active and passive penetration testing capabilities on NRO IT assets in strict adherence to government policy and direction.
This position is critical to improving the overall security posture of NRO systems. You will collaborate closely with Program Offices to define the scope and depth of testing, ensuring alignment with Rules of Engagement agreements between COMM Pen Testers and the NRO Program ISO. Your work will directly support Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and result in detailed Security Assessment Reports (SARs), Information System Accreditation Packages (ISAPs), and Technical Information System Security Requirements (TISSRs).

Candidates selected for this role must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. The selection process prioritizes candidates with extensive experience in government and military IT systems, particularly within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) environments.

Understanding of IC and DoD organizational structures and processes. Familiarity with government reporting requirements and procedures. Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions for complex technical problems. Recognition as an authority in information security within previous roles. Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
