We are committed to building a diverse workforce that values the contributions of all team members. We actively recognize cultural beliefs, values, traditions, language preferences, and health practices of the communities we serve to ensure positive health outcomes. Our corporate values of excellence and staff support drive our integrated, high-quality services that meet the evolving needs of our community.
We are seeking passionate and motivated Per Diem Peer Specialists to join our Cayuga Crisis Residence Program. This role exists to provide a vital bridge between crisis and recovery, utilizing individuals with lived experience to support guests facing challenges that cannot be managed in their home environment.

You will also work closely with Health Homes, hospitals, and treatment providers to develop integrated, person-centered plans of care that address mental health, physical health, and substance use services.
This role offers mentorship and entry-level experience with the ability for growth within the agency, including opportunities to earn Peer Certification hours. You will be part of a team that values compassion and critical thinking, creating an environment that promotes recovery and safety for every guest.
Candidates with a history of lived experience with emotional, behavioral, addiction, or co-occurring disorders (or as a parent/primary caregiver of a child with such conditions) are encouraged to apply. While certification by the Office of Mental Health (OMH) is preferred, we welcome those willing to complete the certification process within six months of employment.
