About the Role

Join a supportive, vibrant pediatric practice designed for those seeking a balanced lifestyle with predictable hours. This role offers a 4.5-day work week, with clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and a half-day dedicated to administrative tasks. The call schedule is light, requiring only one week every two months, with no C-section attendance and minimal inpatient or newborn rounding.

You will build your patient panel with a gradual ramp-up supported by mentorship. While the practice provides mentorship and training for procedures such as circumcisions, the focus remains on a rewarding clinical experience where quality of life comes first.
