About the Role

Join our Behavioral Health team at Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, TX. In this PRN role, you will provide behavioral health counseling services, delivering individual, group, and family therapy to support improved mental health outcomes. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, establish measurable therapy treatment goals aligned with evidence-based practices, and evaluate progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.

As a clinical resource for trauma and personality disorders, you will serve as a key point of contact for staff education and community outreach. Your work will involve collaborating closely with patients, families, physicians, and community providers to coordinate care from treatment initiation through discharge planning. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the mental well-being of the community in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
