This full-time Pediatric Medical Assistant position is central to our daily operations. You will thrive in a dynamic, non-remote environment, actively involved in the various aspects of pediatric healthcare. From managing high-volume patient interactions with superior customer service to facilitating rooming and basic in-office laboratory procedures, your role ensures our practice runs smoothly.
You will be the face of our front desk, handling check-in and check-out processes while maintaining strong phone etiquette for patient communications. Additionally, you will assist with medical procedures, including administering vaccines, and conduct triage phone calls to address patient concerns appropriately. This role requires flexibility to work various hours, including some Saturdays, to meet the needs of our growing community.
