About the Role

We seek a Pediatric Congenital Heart Surgery Advanced Practice Provider to join our team and deliver advanced perioperative and inpatient care for children with congenital heart disease. This role is designed to support Dell Medical School's academic mission by driving innovative, evidence-based care models while contributing to teaching and quality initiatives.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiologists, intensivists, nursing, and allied health professionals. Your day-to-day impact involves managing pre- and post-operative care, leading daily multidisciplinary rounds, and performing advanced practice procedures within your scope. You will also play a key role in educating patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care, ensuring seamless care coordination and optimized outcomes.
