Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProcess weekly and monthly payroll for all employees in a timely manner
- check_circleResolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries regarding pay
- check_circleMaintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and apply it to processes
- check_circleAssist with audits and reviews of payroll to ensure compliance with laws
- check_circleEnsure confidentiality and security of payroll information at all times
- check_circleLiaise with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth operational coordination
- check_circleProduce reports on payroll activities for management review
- check_circleHandle and record timesheets ensuring data accuracy and currency
Requirements
- verified3+ years payroll experience
- verifiedProficiency in payroll software
- verifiedKnowledge of payroll legislation
- verifiedDegree in finance, business, or related field (advantageous)
Nice to Have
Experience within the construction industry. A degree in finance, business, or a related field.
