Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProcess weekly and biweekly payroll for employees across multiple departments
- check_circleEnsure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions
- check_circleMaintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- check_circleAssist with payroll tax filings and reporting
- check_circleHandle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- check_circleCollaborate with HR and accounting on employee changes and reporting needs
- check_circleSupport audits and maintain proper documentation
Requirements
- verified2+ years of payroll experience
- verifiedExperience with multi-state payroll processing preferred
- verifiedProficiency in payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or similar
- verifiedAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
