About the Role
The Payment Team Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding financial transactions. In this role, you will assist customers in making over-the-phone payments, process various types of transactions including credit cards, and resolve payment discrepancies. You will also handle daily invoice filing and verify account information with finance companies to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Work Schedule
This position requires open availability on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 9 PM.
