We leverage expertise and experience in 3D printing of key biomedical materials spanning a wide range of properties, seeking to improve medical device solutions.
This position serves as a critical bridge between clinical needs and engineering execution. You will design custom orthopedic implants by analyzing CT scan data and translating it into precise 3D models. Your work involves producing surgical simulations, designing implants based on direct surgeon input, and creating the necessary trials and cutting guides for implant placement.
Beyond design, you will draft comprehensive project documentation, including inspection criteria and mechanical strength analysis, ensuring accurate quality records for every case. You will collaborate closely with operations to ensure manufacturability, modifying designs for various printing technologies such as FDM, SLA, DLP, and SLS. Additionally, you will act as a clinical representative, attending orthopedic cases to verbally assist in the surgical process and custom device-related steps.

Independent worker willing to learn and develop necessary design, manufacturing, and software skills though guided training. Self-starter willing to take ownership of assigned cases. Ability to work flexible hours if needed.
