About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inbound/Outbound Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our patients. In this position, you will bridge the gap between clinical care and patient needs by managing new patient intake, scheduling continuing dental treatments, and securing necessary insurance pre-authorizations. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven environment, combining excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of inbound and outbound interactions. You will answer calls from new patients to schedule their initial visits and proactively reach out to existing patients to arrange follow-up care. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to liaising with patients and insurance providers to obtain pre-authorizations, ensuring treatments proceed without delay. You will clearly communicate treatment plans and insurance details while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Collaboration with clinical and administrative teams will be key to resolving scheduling barriers and ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Compensation & Incentives
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $21.00 (DOE) and a unique Training Bonus structure designed to reward your commitment during your first three months. New hires can earn over $1,000 in bonuses: $500 at 30 days, $350 at 60 days, and $175 at 90 days.
Location & Schedule
This role is based at our El Segundo Support Center (2260 E Imperial Hwy, El Segundo, CA 90245). We offer flexible shifts available from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PST to accommodate various schedules.

Requirements
