Sodexo is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Manager 2 to lead the Patient Dining Program at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego, CA. This leadership role is ideal for a patient-focused professional who is passionate about service excellence, collaboration, and creating a memorable healthcare dining experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in elevating patient satisfaction while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
In this position, you will evaluate, develop, and enhance service levels to exceed patient and customer satisfaction goals. You will oversee the daily operations of the Patient Dining Program, including meal rounding and effective service recovery. Success in this role requires close collaboration with clinical, foodservice, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the overall patient experience. You will also conduct tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy, while leading the team through regulatory and compliance inspections to meet Sodexo's Gold Check standards.
