About the Role
The Patient Services Manager will join the team at Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX, to support the execution of patient services operations. This role is pivotal in driving patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service excellence within the Food & Nutrition department. You will lead frontline teams to deliver a high-quality dining experience while ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory and nutrition standards.
In this position, you will foster a culture of engagement by leveraging Aramark's coaching model to develop team members. Your day-to-day involves rounding on patients and hospital departments to ensure service quality, overseeing diet office operations, and managing the service ambassador program. You will also play a key role in maintaining financial performance by monitoring metrics, inventory, and cost trends, while ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
