This position serves as a vital support within our nursing team, providing continuous observation and supervision for patients who are at risk for falls, pulling at lines, or experiencing mild confusion or impulsivity. Working under the direction of clinical staff, you will ensure patient safety and communicate care needs effectively to the nursing team. This role is essential for maintaining a secure environment for our most vulnerable patients.
