About the Role
The Patient Liaison serves as the vital link between our clinical sites and potential participants, ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment process. In this role, you will support onsite patient recruitment by conducting pre-qualification, pre-screening, and scheduling activities. Your day-to-day involves evaluating subject eligibility through screening interviews and medical record reviews, while managing the patient journey from initial contact to active study enrollment.
You will act as a problem solver, addressing barriers to study entry by leveraging knowledge of support services such as transportation assistance and reimbursement programs. Beyond direct patient interaction, you will manage inbound physician referrals, monitor community outreach events, and represent the company with healthcare provider partners. This position requires a high degree of autonomy to triage no-shows, optimize screening schedules, and drive regional recruitment results in alignment with leadership goals.

Requirements
