About the Practice
We are a high-end Plastic Surgery practice located on the Upper East Side, seeking the "heartbeat" of our office. We need someone with great energy who is autonomous, sharp, and genuinely fun to be around. You aren't just sitting behind a desk; you are the first impression for every patient and the voice of our brand online.
This is the perfect role for a recent grad or energetic professional who loves beauty, aesthetics, and social media, and wants to learn how a top-tier medical practice runs.
The Role
As the Face of the Practice, you will serve as a Front Desk & Patient Concierge, ensuring every patient feels like a VIP from the moment they walk through the door. You will act as the gatekeeper for the office, handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling with a warm, professional, and "with-it" attitude.
Beyond the front desk, you will manage lead generation and digital responses, serving as the first responder to new inquiries via DM, email, or web to ensure no potential patient is left on "read." You will also keep our social media feed alive with an aesthetic eye, posting content and stories during downtime, and assist the clinical team with patient photos, room turnover, and setups when needed.
