The Patient Educator serves as a vital bridge between our medical technology and the patients who need it most. In this role, you will conduct in-home product trials and provide comprehensive education on BioTAB equipment, ensuring patients feel confident and supported in their treatment journey.
Your day will involve traveling to patient homes to transport, set up, and demo equipment, followed by clear instruction on usage and troubleshooting. You will collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to implement care plans and maintain open lines of communication with patients and their families. By conducting follow-up calls and visits, you will track patient progress and satisfaction, ensuring strict compliance with healthcare regulations while enhancing the overall treatment experience.

Selected applicants will undergo an extensive background check and must demonstrate the ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory using a personal vehicle.
