About the Role
Patient Coordinators are the backbone of our clinics, serving as the first point of contact and having a direct impact on the patient experience. You will work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and world-class customer service. In this role, you will ensure the clinic maintains optimal performance by managing the patient journey from greeting and check-in to scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and processing payments.
