As our Dental Patient Concierge, you will play a central role in shaping the patient experience from the very first interaction through long-term follow-up care. You will serve as both the welcoming face of the practice and a key operational partner helping maintain a calm, organized, and high-functioning environment.
This role combines hospitality, communication, patient advocacy, scheduling coordination, and administrative leadership. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a people-centered environment, enjoys creating order and efficiency, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and takes pride in helping others feel cared for and supported. You will be proactive, dependable, emotionally intelligent, and motivated to help us create an exceptional patient and team experience.
