About the Role
This position is based at Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin within the Stepdown Intermediate Care department. You will play a vital role in the night shift, performing basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision. Your day-to-day impact involves aiding with patient movement and placement, assisting with personal care and activities of daily living, and maintaining clean, orderly patient rooms. You will also be responsible for reporting findings or changes in patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to the nursing staff and documenting necessary records.
