Join our team at Ascension Seton Medical Center Hays in Kyle, TX, within the Med Surg department. In this role, you will perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision, playing a vital part in the daily rhythm of our facility. Your day will involve aiding with the movement and placement of patients, assisting with personal care and activities of daily living, and maintaining clean, orderly patient rooms. You will serve as the eyes and ears of the nursing team by reporting findings or changes in patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions, while ensuring necessary records are documented and medical equipment is maintained.
