About the Role

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will report to the Nurse Manager and work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. This multi-skilled role is designed to support our patient-centered approach, ensuring high-quality care in our Cardiac Acute Care unit. You will be part of a team where your contributions directly impact patient well-being and operational success.

Work Environment

This position involves rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the continuous needs of our patients. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand, walk, and lift or transfer patients safely. You will work in a dynamic environment that may include temperature extremes, confined spaces, and elevated areas, all while maintaining a latex-safe environment.
