Patient Access Rep (Call Center - Specialties)

About the Role

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative to serve as the vital first point of contact for patients across multiple specialty offices in Southern California. Based in the Beverly Hills, CA area, this role operates within a dynamic call center environment where you will manage a high volume of interactions, handling approximately 50+ calls daily. Your primary mission is to ensure a seamless patient experience by triaging inquiries, providing essential logistical support such as directions and parking instructions, and managing the scheduling lifecycle from initial booking to rescheduling and follow-up care.

Work Environment & Training

This position offers a hybrid trajectory designed to ensure mastery of our systems and protocols. For the initial 2–4 months, the role is fully on-site to facilitate comprehensive training and the successful completion of multiple performance assessments. Upon passing these evaluations, the position transitions to a remote work model, allowing for flexibility while maintaining high standards of patient service.
