About the Role
The Pastry Chef serves as the creative and operational leader for all pastry production within an Eataly location. This role is responsible for crafting a diverse array of Italian pasticcini, cakes, desserts, cookies, candies, and other dolci that define the brand's culinary identity. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef with functional oversight from the Head of Pastry, the Pastry Chef manages a dedicated team of approximately 10 employees, ensuring that every item meets the high standards of quality and authenticity expected by Eataly guests.
