About the Role
The Parts & Service Sales Associate I is the operational heartbeat of our local Parts & Service business. This role exists to coordinate and oversee the entire Order Fulfillment process for parts, accessories, and service, ensuring that every customer interaction drives satisfaction and profitability.
In this position, you will work closely with Service Managers and sales staff to solve customer problems quickly and efficiently. Your day will involve quoting customers, entering sales and service orders, sourcing required parts, scheduling resources, and handling invoicing. You will be the primary point of contact for preventive maintenance plans, annual certifications, equipment inspections, and both on-site and emergency repairs. Beyond the transaction, you will manage vendor purchase orders, track shipments, process returns, and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and MRP reviews. The goal is to provide service second to none before, during, and after the sale, ensuring timely fulfillment and a seamless experience for our customers.

Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree. Marketing experience and understanding of all types of sales efforts. Strong mechanical and technical experience, as well as understanding of all types of service activities, vehicle structures, vehicle equipment, and vehicle electrical systems. Demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
