Parts Associate

About the Role

This position serves as the frontline of customer satisfaction for Minnesota Air, Inc., focusing on the efficient resolution of HVAC product and service issues. The role is designed to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions, ensuring every interaction leaves the client feeling supported and informed.

You will be the face of the company, engaging with customers both in person and over the phone to identify their specific requirements and recommend suitable products. Beyond direct sales support, you will manage the logistical side of customer service, handling warranty returns, resolving complaints, and processing payments. A key part of your day involves maintaining the organization and inventory levels of the parts showroom, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are displayed optimally for both staff and customers.

The role requires a blend of office and warehouse duties, including managing UPS and will-call orders, organizing the personal work area, and performing necessary warehouse tasks. You will also act as a liaison with the Parts Product Specialist to communicate inventory levels and ensure product availability. Success in this role involves staying current with company policies, new product developments, and participating in continuous learning initiatives such as MN Air University and technical training webinars.
