These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions. Within the Partner Tax Partner Income team, we manage internal tax reporting and planning responsibilities, ensuring accurate analysis of financial transactions and results at both the partner and entity levels.
As a Manager in this capacity, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams while managing client service accounts. You will drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. Your role involves enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching team members, leveraging their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations.
You play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You will also manage communications to partners regarding federal and state legislative tax developments and updates to partner income projections. Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification, experience coordinating the preparation of federal, state, and local tax supporting schedules, ability to prioritize multiple tax filing requirements, experience coordinating with other departments within the Firm, experience researching and documenting strategic approaches for managing liabilities and risks, understanding of automation and digitization in a professional services environment, familiarity with Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and GoSystems tax preparation software.
