About the Role
We are seeking a relationship-driven, growth-minded Partner Relations Development Specialist to strengthen key partnerships and elevate the customer experience in Central California. This role serves as a trusted connector between our organization and the hospitals, EMS agencies, and community partners we serve.
You will collaborate with program leaders and cross-functional teams—including Clinical Operations, Communications, Aviation, and Flight Sales—to ensure partners receive exceptional service. Beyond managing relationships, you will support strategic planning and market development initiatives, helping to identify new opportunities and drive market expansion.
