About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy. Your role is critical in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment that reflects our merchandising standards.
In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers. You will be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the dynamic needs of the business, ensuring seamless operations from the sales floor to the register. You will actively participate in store recovery, uphold loss prevention standards, and promote our credit and loyalty programs. By accurately processing transactions and maintaining safety awareness, you contribute directly to our shrink reduction goals and the overall success of the store.
