About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our core customer experience principles and philosophy. Your role extends beyond the register; you will maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, ensuring that every aisle and display reflects our merchandising standards.

In this role, you will act as a role model for established customer experience practices, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will process transactions accurately, promote loyalty programs, and participate in store recovery and safety initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to be cross-trained in multiple areas of the store, allowing you to support business needs dynamically and learn the full scope of retail operations.
