About the Role
ALDI is seeking enthusiastic part-time team members to join our store operations as Cashiers and Stockers. These roles are vital to maintaining smooth daily operations and delivering an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Whether you are providing friendly, efficient checkout service or ensuring shelves are stocked and organized, your contribution directly impacts the store's success.
As a Cashier, you will be the face of the store, utilizing the point-of-sale system to process purchases accurately and managing checkout lanes to ensure efficiency. You will also handle curbside pickup orders, verifying contents and delivering them to customers' vehicles. As a Stocker, you will keep the store looking its best by stocking shelves and displays according to merchandising planograms. Stockers may be required to start as early as 5:00 AM to prepare the store for the day.

Our team works together to achieve operational efficiency and total loss goals while maintaining a safe working environment. Team members are expected to model customer service principles, identify and rectify hazards, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. The role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks within established timeframes.
