About the Role

This position is designed for individuals passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Your role involves accurately processing transactions, promoting loyalty programs, and upholding our merchandising philosophy.

You will be a key part of the store's daily operations, participating in recovery efforts, maintaining safety standards, and supporting shrink reduction goals. This role offers the opportunity to be cross-trained in multiple areas of the store, allowing you to support business needs flexibly while modeling a culture of honesty, integrity, and respect.
