The Part-time User Support Technician serves as a vital first point of contact for the Information Technology department at Ozarks Technical Community College. This role exists to ensure faculty, students, and staff can seamlessly access the technology they need to succeed. You will be the face of IT support, providing friendly and efficient assistance through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day technical landscape, handling everything from software installations and hardware maintenance to resolving first and second-level issues for computers and printers. Your work directly impacts the campus community by keeping learning and administrative tools running smoothly. You will also play a key role in asset management, maintaining accurate inventory records and documenting service requests to help the team improve its operations.
