About the Role
ALDI is seeking enthusiastic part-time team members to serve as cashiers and stockers. These roles are vital to maintaining smooth store operations and delivering an excellent shopping experience for our customers. As a cashier, you will provide friendly and efficient checkout service, while as a stocker, you will ensure shelves are stocked and organized to maximize sales. Together, you will help achieve operational efficiency and safety goals while upholding our customer service principles.
Position Details
This is a part-time position with an average schedule of fewer than 30 hours per week. The role requires flexibility, including the ability to arrive as early as 5:00 AM for stockers. Team members must be at least 18 years old and capable of performing physical duties such as lifting, carrying, and placing products up to 45 pounds, as well as operating various store equipment like cash registers, floor scrubbers, and pallet jacks. The work environment includes varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler sections.
