Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

About the Role

ALDI is seeking enthusiastic part-time team members to join our store operations as Cashiers and Stockers. These roles are vital to maintaining smooth daily operations and delivering an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Whether you are ensuring efficient checkout service or keeping our shelves stocked and organized, your contribution directly impacts the quality of service our shoppers receive.

As a Cashier, you will be the face of the store, utilizing our point-of-sale systems to process purchases accurately while adhering to strict cash policies. You will also manage line flow by opening additional lanes as needed and fulfilling curbside pickup orders by retrieving and verifying items for timely delivery to customers' vehicles.

As a Stocker, you will ensure our store zones and displays meet high merchandising standards. This involves stocking shelves and displays neatly according to planograms to maximize sales. Stockers must be prepared to start shifts as early as 5:00 AM to ensure the store is ready for the day. Both roles require the ability to operate various store equipment, including floor scrubbers, cardboard balers, and pallet jacks, and to work in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments.
