About the Role
This Part-Time Staff Accountant position is designed to support our finance leadership and fund operations teams. You will serve as a critical partner in ensuring accurate fund accounting and transparent investor reporting. The role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of real estate finance and investment operations, collaborating closely with external auditors, tax providers, and internal cross-functional teams including asset management, acquisitions, and legal.
In this capacity, you will help maintain the integrity of our financial data, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements. Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy of fund models and key financial metrics used by stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Requirements

Nice to Have
