About the Role

This position is designed for individuals passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging and interacting with all customers while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role involves adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

You will serve as a role model for established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. From accurately processing purchases and returns to promoting credit and loyalty programs, you will uphold our merchandising philosophy. Additionally, you will participate in store recovery, maintain safety awareness, and work effectively with peers and supervisors to support shrink reduction goals.
