About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within the Retail division, this position is designed to achieve personal and store sales goals while developing lasting client relationships. The role involves providing staff supervision and guidance, ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and directives. A primary focus is maintaining the highest level of customer service standards at all times.
