About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will represent Von Maur and play a vital role in shaping our reputation. Your primary mission is to make a lasting, positive impression on every customer's shopping experience. You will own the customer experience by greeting people sincerely, maintaining a friendly demeanor, and thanking every visitor. Beyond hospitality, you will develop relationships to grow your business by highlighting product knowledge and store services. You will also manage POS transactions, maintain a visually appealing and clean department, and work toward achieving individual sales and account goals.
