The Hospitality Support Team, which includes hosts, food runners, bussers, and baristas, plays an integral role in this mission. By supporting front-of-house servers and enhancing the guest experience, we ensure that both our customers and team members leave feeling fulfilled, accomplished, and excited to return.

About the Role

Make someone's day a whole latte better by joining our Hospitality Support Team as a Barista! You will be the face of our morning and afternoon service, elevating the guest experience by crafting tasty beverages that fuel our community throughout the day.

You will work in a team-oriented environment, engaging in new and inspiring interactions with guests and colleagues daily. While experience is not required, we look for individuals who are responsible, trustworthy, prompt, reliable, and self-motivated. Egg Harbor Café provides comprehensive on-the-job training to help you master our beverage menu, including seasonal items and alcohol service (for those 21+).

Work Environment & Schedule

We offer a unique schedule designed for work-life balance. Shifts start and end early, meaning you will never work at night, and the restaurant closes at 2 PM. Scheduling is generally flexible, though availability during our busiest days (weekends and holidays) is essential. Please note that we are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
