About the Role

We are seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Dover, DE. This role is designed for independently licensed clinicians who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. We value providers who enjoy a balance of autonomy and team collaboration, and we are particularly interested in those open to seeing couples and children with our support.

As a W2 employee, we handle the heavy lifting of credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing so you can focus entirely on care. You will join a vibrant clinical community with monthly peer consultations, free in-house training, and a clear path for career growth and internal promotion, including opportunities for paid resident supervisory roles.
