About the Role

We are seeking Licensed Clinicians in Wilmington, DE, to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This role is designed for independently licensed clinicians who value autonomy but also enjoy being part of a supportive team. You will be part of a vibrant clinical community, engaging in monthly peer consultations and professional development.

We are especially interested in behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and children, as well as clinicians interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles. Strong character matters here; we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care. The position offers a clear path for career growth and internal promotion, with opportunities for paid resident supervisory roles.
