This position is dedicated to ensuring customers receive accurate, high-quality orders on time. You will be the face of our fulfillment process, responsible for picking, staging, and inspecting items while maintaining clean, organized, and safe staging areas. Your role involves delivering excellent service by validating orders, answering customer questions, and connecting shoppers with the right associates when needed.
You will operate and maintain certification for powered equipment, including Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Narrow Aisle Reach Trucks, while strictly adhering to all safety requirements. A key part of your day involves supporting inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance, partnering with leadership to resolve short picks, and managing administrative tasks such as audits and locker management. Success in this role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

High school diploma or GED. 6 months of retail experience. 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in a related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden). 6 months of experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.
