In this role, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment operations, ensuring that customer orders are picked, staged, inspected, and fulfilled accurately and on time. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where maintaining clean, organized, and safe staging areas is just as critical as the speed of your work. Your day will involve delivering excellent service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, and answering customer questions. You will act as a connector, linking customers with the right associates when specialized assistance is needed.
You will be responsible for operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment, including Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Narrow Aisle Reach Trucks, while strictly adhering to all safety requirements. Beyond the physical tasks, you will support inventory accuracy by utilizing the Orders App and maintaining SIMS compliance, partnering with leadership to resolve short picks. Your role also includes completing administrative and maintenance tasks, such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, while remaining vigilant in reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.

High school diploma or GED. 6 Months of Retail experience. 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden). 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
