About the Role
The Dispensary Associate is the face of Maitri Medicinals, responsible for providing exceptional patient customer service, educating customers on medical marijuana products, and ensuring accurate, compliant sales transactions. This role supports daily dispensary operations while maintaining a clean, secure environment. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager, the associate plays a key role in delivering a professional, efficient, and regulation-compliant dispensary experience.
You will be cross-trained across all core operational functions, including patient intake, sales floor operations, fulfillment, and surveillance. Your day will involve greeting patients and caregivers, verifying purchase limits through state-mandated tracking systems, and processing transactions with precision. You will also guide patients through product education, manage online order fulfillment, and monitor facility security to promote a safe environment. Success in this role requires a commitment to maintaining a clutter-free, organized, and compliant facility.
Location & Transition
This position will begin in our current East Liberty location and transition to our new location in Bellevue after the facility opens (1-3 months). We are looking for candidates who are excited and able to work in the new location as part of this role.
