We are seeking a Part-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical, procedural, and obstetric patients across a range of acuity levels. You will collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care throughout the perioperative process.
Your day will involve performing comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care. You will be responsible for managing airways, monitoring physiologic status, and responding promptly to emergencies. Beyond clinical duties, you will educate patients and families about anesthesia plans and recovery needs, while actively participating in quality improvement initiatives and mentoring students or new team members.
