The company also assists in the recruitment of Registered Nurses and medical professionals from the Philippines and other source countries for direct hiring by healthcare facilities in the United States. Careline strives to lead individuals toward better and rewarding employment opportunities while positioning itself as a leading healthcare agency in the U.S.
This position serves as a vital link between clinical care and administrative efficiency within a healthcare facility. The Registered Nurse will partner with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Supervisor to ensure that total patient care is adhered to for every resident in the unit. The role is driven by a commitment to help providers stay strong so that the communities they serve can count on consistent, compassionate care.
In this capacity, you will manage the processing of all medicine and treatment-related administrative activities within established timelines and standards. Your day will involve picking up doctor's orders, ensuring the timely delivery of medicine supplies, and overseeing the nursing activities of LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants. You will be responsible for thoroughly monitoring and reporting resident vital signs, handling wound treatments, and ensuring all medical records are thorough and up-to-date.
Beyond clinical duties, the role requires strong communication skills to handle inquiries from residents' family members, the medical team, and administrative staff. You will coordinate outside appointments for residents, educate families on proper care, and provide timely feedback to leadership regarding resident conditions to ensure proper treatment. Additionally, you will maintain proper inventory levels and report maintenance needs to ensure resident comfort.
This opportunity offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, and per-diem schedules available for a variety of shifts. The position is designed for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience who are ready to contribute to a team focused on exceptional care.
