About the Role
This position is responsible for the safe delivery and pickup of containers at customer locations. The role focuses on maintaining excellent rapport with customers while ensuring an incident-free operation. Drivers serve as the face of the company, coordinating rental paperwork and payments directly with clients.
Day in the Life
Drivers operate commercial trucks equipped with patented lift mechanisms to load and unload containers. The day involves performing pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and lift, utilizing handheld computers for verification and navigation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the truck cab. Additional responsibilities may include operating forklifts or overhead cranes, performing field repairs on containers and lifts, and providing backup support for storage center functions.
Hiring Process
Successful candidates must be available to attend a required two-week New Hire Driver Training Program. The role reports to a Market Manager or Territory Manager and is not directly responsible for managing other employees.

Requirements
