About the Role

As a Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. Under the Store Manager's guidance, you will lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership.

You will assist in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team. Your day will involve maintaining clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, monitoring sales goals and inventory accuracy, and following structured store procedures to ensure operational efficiency. You will lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. Additionally, you will enforce safety standards, manage commercial account support, and resolve customer concerns swiftly while upholding company policies.
